Lost graphics memory?

Hi guys, I've just had to format and re-install windows on my new pc and I've installed the graphics card and drivers but it's saying I have 3709MB when I should have 4096MB.

Am I missing something?

What exactly is telling you that you have 3GB of VRAM?

I know some older games and software were limited in the amount of VRAM that they could read.
