Lost greys on my monitor.

I seem to be missing greys on my benq EX3501R

I didn't notice it maybe until just now.
Been using Microsoft apps and ribbon has no grey to it. Like it's just white. Checked on a Web page and same issue. Any idea why this is happening?

Checked display settings and can't find it
