Lost HDD after windows 7 install

Hi,

I just lost my second HDD after installing windows 7, what do I do? Can I run something on CMD?

No idea, windows just aint detecting it. Shall I try reconnecting it? I want to aviod opening up the case if pos, its my mums pc n opening up the case will break the warrenty seal!

What's Disk Management saying about the drive?

What was the previous OS on tha machine?

Was the second HDD configured as a dynamic disk?

it could be that windows does not recognise it, try entering the disk management and assigning a drive letter to it.
