I've just downloaded a copy of an old Coktel game - Lost in Time - which I am trying to run on WinXP. I've extracted the files through WinRAR (file extension is ARJ) and if I go straight into the game file, it will allow me to alter the set up and then will start the game but 5-10 seconds after the intro, the whole screen freezes and won't let me play any further. Not sure how to open the game up with a DOS emulator, but not sure if that would make a difference given that it will let me open it in Windows initially - would have assumed that if it didn't want to work in WinXP, then it wouldn't open at all?
Any advice gratefully received - really want to try and replay this game (ah, memories of younger days).
