Lost my BF2 cd

I fancied a game of battlefield 2 but I've lost the cd although i do still have the install code. When I try and start the game it asks for the cd, Is there any way I can play it legally?

Yeah, download and install the 1.41 patch, then download and install the 1.5 patch.

You'll be able to play then.
