Hi,

As per title really, I lost my phone about a week ago and I can't for the life of me remember where about. It was outside I know that. I've tried find my phone but the thing is completely dead now, so no hope in hell finding it.

What are the first things I should do now? Should I have the phone bricked in someway?

I've ordered a replacement SIM, so will need to also cancel the old one?

Appreciate the help

You should phone the company to have it blocked and order a replacement sim. There is no need to cancel the old one this is blocked by process.

You had a passcode on the phone right?

You can ask your network to blacklist the IMEI so that it can't be used on other UK networks. Depending on the network you'll need proof of purchase or have bought the phone from them originally.
Though with that said IMEI's are rather easily modified to skirt around network blocks or it'll find its way abroad.
Yes I had is locked both password and finger reader. I've ordered a new SIM.

So I just need to have the phone blocked via IMEI?

It's still under contract with Three

I've got no other Apple devices to be able to do this. When I try Find my via icloud it comes back with nothing.

I've been in touch with Three, they've blocked the old SIM and are sending a new one. Once I get that i'm to get back in touch and they will then be able to blacklist the handset
