Bought an overclocked bundle from OCUK. Including Gigabyte EP43-DS3 and an o'ced e5200 @3.2GHZ. It was overclocked fine until today.
I check my system with CPU-Z and it showed my system running at 2.5GHZ (stock) when running prime-95.

Any help?

Ps, in installed a wireless pci card today (dont think it should matter but...)

Thanks

It may have reset the bios? Can you have see whether the overclocking profile is saved to the board? You may just have to restore it :-)

This is my first build so im a bit unsure how id go about finding out that :P
Why would it reset the bios though?

Would it be easier to just re-overclock it myself?

I was going to try for 3.4-2.5GHZ in the future anyway...

How easy would this be? :)

Sounds like the Bios has dropped back to default clocks.
How long you had it ? Is it full of dust ?

Sorry been out all day.

What you been up to then ? Have you put the clocks back ? Made any progress ? Any more info ?

Just went into the bios and then into the "MB Intelligent Tweaker" and an error message popped up saying something about crashing due to overclocking or something.
I clicked to continue. I then went into the bus speed and changed re-entered the 256 and then saved it

Restarted my comp and now running at 3.2 again :)

What would cause it to crash? :\
