Lost my overclock

Guys ,

I recently took my pc apart to give it a real good clean , and i have only just noticed i have lost my overclock , its gone back to its original clock speed , i brought the overclocked bundle from overclockers over a year ago , any idea what to do as i have no idea about overclocking and want it back to 4GHz , i have made no adjustments to the pc since i got it.

there was an error message saying it had lost its values or something in a red box???

Hi , Thanks i shall try these settings , I done a webnote to OCUK , and there reply was to read the manual to my motherboard about loading profiles, I read the manual and there was nothing there about profile.....

Hi, thanks for the replies, i did see that that there, i looked to load the profiles, but there aas nothing from Ocuk , just different profiles from 1-5 and last known , tried 2 if them but got continuos bleeping when booting
