lost my pro evo disk 2008

i have lost my disc but still have the manual and online code. Is it legal to download a copy? i just need a new disk really

Might not technically be allowed around here as you might have to use a no-cd, but i think your well within your rights to do it if you still have the actual cd-key.

i meant to say i lost it and installed a new OS!

well you're allowed 'back-up' copies and since you own a cd key i shouldn't see why not
