Lost overclock where do I start???

Sorry for this one, think I may know who you spoke to on this one and the issue has been resolved now so should not happen again.

We do support the systems, overclocks and all and on most systems have the bios settings saved or can just talk you through them over the phone.

If you phone 0871 222 8528 and say your settings have been lost from your overclock you will get transfered through to a system builder who does this day in day out who is sat infront of a PC who can guide you through it option by option. We can even explain what we are doing if you want so you can clock the next system you purchase. :)

Again sorry for this one, think there must have been a misunderstanding on overclocking our system or just someone wanting us to overclock a unknown system over the telephone.

Just drop us a call and we can sort you out. Just make sure your infront of the PC and have 15 minutes free for us to go through them all with you.

Any trouble just ask to speak to Tom on either line. :)

You can save OC profiles in ASUS BIOS as said above, if they've any sense they will have saved it so you should be able to get your OC back in seconds.

When you do get it back, make sure you save it in one of the profile slots.
 
ok here is the story! haven't posted it untill I got system back!

Made the call and as I said no problems straight away a guy came on and started to give me settings!

problem was he had been told I had an abit mum board not a striker and thus striker board got fried!

No worries the guy said to send it back>>>>

well I did and I have just got it back today, and they did me a favour buy setting up dual boot at same time as repair so that was an extra, granted I deemed it as reward for the mistake. thats great stuff.

just bench marked it though and to my horror I've lost 3500 points on 3dmark o6

was 18866 now its 15589 or there abouts! so a tad gutted about this :-(

Did get a striker II formula to replace striker extreme and a new cpu cooler a arctic freezer pro 7 that I note has taken a further 8 or so degrees of the cpu, compared to the tuniq temps I had with previous system build.

so good result that they are good on the blower and have repaired system while doing some upgrades just a wee bit gutted that it scored less I actually thought it'd be more!

Never mind gamming laptop arrives tomor that should ease my depresion
