Lost overclock

after having it prime stable @ 3.2 using 1.3V,keept getting an error saying my pc had recovered from an unrecoverable error and that i need to put the windows xp disk to continue,but i tried running BIOS on optimized defaults and it all works fine,But ,i have to go into bios and run optimized defaults everytime i turn my Pc on.

any one got any idea why this is happening?

i left it on over night,started at 1am until about 9am,all voltages are fine and al settings are ok,ram is ok,checked with everest,checked hardware tab and nothing wrong either .
