Lost overclocking profile for A10-5800k processor

Hi

I don't know how this happened but, I had an overclock profile on my computer installed by the overclock team and I have deleted it somehow. Please could I be advised on what overclock settings I should have so I can I reinstate them on my computer.

I have an A10-5800k processor originally running at 4.29Ghz but now running at 3.8Ghz on a GA-F2A85X-UP4 gigabyte motherboard.

Look in your bios, surely there must be a saved profile there, otherwise contact them
