Lost Planet 2 - How to change Language?

Just booted up Lost Planet 2 and it's all in Russian by the looks of it... does anyone know if there's a file I can edit to change to English or - even better - can someone direct me to where the language option would be in the main menu? I've tried finding it but it's all gobbledygook
