Lost Planet (360)

I have been offered this game for £20. It's pretty much brand new and in mint condition although it has been played afew times. I got Rainbow 6 Vegas from the same kid for £20 also, after he played it once and didn't like it

and now he's trying to get rid of this. I won't have time to play it for a month or so yet but is £20 too good to refuse, considering its pretty much brand new?

Its going for £30 on ebay you could make £7 profit by selling it on.

get it ,its a good single player game also will last longer than gears of war
plus it trades in for 30 at gamestation

Good game imo. Well worth £20. Although you could sell it on ebay like Cheets said then buy it when you have the time to play it.

I'm not gonna buy and sell it for a small profit, if I buy it, it will be to keep it in my collection.

You gotta love people who have more money then sense. He buys games plays them once, realises he can't play it then sells it to me for whatever I offer him

For £20 i wouldnt say no, buy it now and play later.

Its a great game, single player is good and decent length, havent tried multiplayer myself yet.

I personally wouldn't waste my money as Lost Planet is a very boring game. Go from here to there killing random creatures and a few pirates, all before you fight a big (annoying) boss. At least GoW had decent AI, good weapons and of course the cover system. Lost Planet has nothing like this at all an the only thing it has is looks. My god does it look nice, but unfortunately it's a case of graphics over gameplay. I rented this and i can't bring myself to finish it.

I said decent not brilliant. At least they would try and flank you hide etc. Lost Plant has none of this. Very poor.

I say for £20 you should definitely get it... Play it a few times and then sell it on if you don't like it.

I think it's a cracking game. Very old school type gameplay. It is, however, very frustrating as its a hard game. Though I admit I'm not renowned for my gaming prowess!

£20? Bargain.

Just got it, it came with an unused 48hr Live Gold membership aswel which I don't think he saw in the case.

I shouldn't worry - Capcom have always made games with a better difficulty level than most other developers (IMO).

Its not a bad game at all, only problem is the fact that the game browser has No ping or location filter so you could end up playing on a Japanese server hooked up to a 56k modem.
