Lost planet - no saved games

hi

began playing lost planet yesterday and got quite far but only returned to the game later and the option to 'continue' was unclickable and not highlighted although in the 360 setting I can see a 60kb lost planet file.

I'm put off playing it as it does'nt allow me to load from where I left off before.

Anyone else had this problem and managed to resolve it?

I noticed when I played for the first time last night that when you first start up the button for 'create new save' is circled in red but if you actually press B (the red button) and not 'A' it cancels that and starts in a 'don't save' mode. Just a thought.
