Lost Planet Questions...

Hi guys, wondering if you can help.

After playing the Lost Planet Demo I downloaded from marketplace I went out and brought the Game in Limited Edition, with the fancy tin and *** not, lol

Ive only played it a little bit and completed misson one.

What exactly is a way-point? I know its not a data post, say for example, you waste all your ammo and need to restart, but not from the beginning, are there checkpoints? and if so how do i know when ive reached one?

Target Mark- Ive got a few of these already, are there a set amount per level i.e. 2 or 3 per mission, or does it depend on each mission?

Also there are 3 difficulty settings for each game, like GoW, will you recieve extra gamer points for completing it on harder settings?

There are checkpoints , no indicator of where though so you just have to make a guess. I've found that they are normally after movies or where the screen goes black for a second to load another section.

5 Marks per level.

No extra points for finishing on hard , you get insane difficulty but you might get that if you finish it on normal as well , not sure.

Got this one and its going back!

Its not quite my cup of tea but my missus loves these games but hates having to replay a whole level just about everytime you die. Its a great looking game but she reckons its stupidly hard for the boss levels.

So as I'm lucky and can do so, Its going back and I'll get Rainbow six Vegas instead.

Got to admit that I've just left it aswell, Just totally lost interest in it.

You'll enjoy R6:V, it's a cracking game, especially online.
