hi
i don`t suppose i`ll be able to do anything about it but i thought i`d ask anyway, i`ve been playing serious sam 2 and was about half way through when i had an unrelated problem with my system and had to re-install. after re-installing the os and everything else i went re-install serious sam 2 but when the box came up asking for the serial number i realised the disc wasn`t in its case and i couldn`t find it or the manual thats probably in it! unfortunatley for me the serial no. is on the back of the manual. i know there`s probably nowt i can do about it but just thought it might be worth sticking a post on the forum on the off chance someone has done the same thing as me in the past and managed to get a new serial no. or something.
i wish i`d made a note of it! :(

how is it not illegal, when you buy a game, you buy that cd key / serial that was bundled with the game. I dont see how that allows you to another cd key which you havnt purchased.

Surely if you where installing the game then the CD would be in the CD drive?

Anyway, check all your other game cases and behind your desk. A manual just cant get up and walk away and chances are its somewhere in the local area.

If your like me the ive a pile of my best games right on the desk and the CDs and manuals sometimes get mixed up!

Drop me an email and i'll post you my copy along with the key FOC.

2 options.

Find your manual and box, unless someones borrowed it, it can't be hard to find in your room.

and 2, buy a new CD key, SS 2 isn't really a lot these days and you'll have a nice new shiny CD, box, and CD key to add to your collection.

"Lost" as in the american TV series.

There are a set of numbers that pop up in it now and again :p

nope, still dont understand!

There is a popular American TV series called "Lost" and in Lost there are these numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42 that keep popping up everywhere.

Noxis suggested trying that number as a CD key as a joke.

Get it now? :p
