Lost the garageband icon - what do I do?

Ok, I'm a total Ipad 2 nub and have managed to lose the garageband icon from the screen although the app is still installed. How do I fix this or, more accurately, run the program? Thanks.

If it's not there, you've deleted it

Either go into the App Store and download it again, or sync with iTunes and it should put it back.

As Doug has said, if the app isn't there then it's deleted. Unless you're jailbroken there isn't a way to get rid of an icon and keep the app.

If you're jailbroken check your settings for hidden icons. I know UISettings has the ability to hide icons...
