Lost windows key. I have the disk, its installed on my pc."but i want to re-install"

As title...pc is getting slow. So i want to do a fresh install of windows..and it looks like i have some how lost my windows code. How do i go about getting a new one? i have that key running the windows im on now, and i have the offical disk...just any ideas on how to get a new key? or find out the one im using.

I did buy it from ocuk btw.

The product key would have been on the plastic envelope it came in stuck to the plastic. You are supposed to peel it off and place on the case. There are programs out there which can get the key for you. Which windows version is it?
The only way to get a new key is to buy it again.

to find out the key you're using

use rock xp or magic jelly bean key finder

they might come up as viruses, but they are totally safe

ive used keyfinder.2.0.beta.2.5 and ProduKey v1.07 in the past and it all worked well,
