Lost work unit

last night my machine finished and returned a WU to Stanford see below

But as you can see the response from the server was "Server reports problem with unit." I have not been given any credit for this WU

Has anyone any idea what the problem might have been or how it was caused? I wish to avoid these errors as it represents 2½ days work, is there any way of claiming the credit for this WU?
