Lost WU

Hi,

I normally leave my rig on during the day when I'm out at work, I have it uploading to my web space so I can check how things are doing.....pretty sad eh.

Yesterday I noticed that it finished one WU but never started another all day, when I got home it was stuck trying to upload the finished WU. I stopped the program running & restarted it (I'm using FAH GPU tracker V2), when it fired up it was back to 0% & the WU it had finished was gone.

Is this something that happens a lot or something I can avoid in any way?

I know it's only 1 WU but that is around 8 hours for me lol.

It sometimes happens as far as I know its unavoidable

It might be worth checking that you haven't got the "one unit" option ticked in the tracker config, when you have this checked it will complete the unit then stop until told to start again (and it just sits on 100% even though it has uploaded it) then if you restart the tracker it starts again.

Nah it was stuck trying to upload it, I looked at the cmd box (I think that's what it was) that was running & it had a whole pile of retries.

Ok just checked my home PC with HFM& it has "SendingWorkPacket" on it, this is where it hung on the last WU so it looks like I have a problem.

The log shows that it is failing to connect :-

It pretty much just repeats that. I now have 21 WU's completed rather than 20 so it must have sent that one, is the problem in sending or receiving another. My home network seems fine as it is uploading the webpage I use to check the client from.

Help please, I am as ever CONFUSED.
