Lots of Lag on new Sky Broadband?

Hi guys,

Finally got the internet up and running after 3 months in the new house! Huzzah (or so I thought)

I am getting a huge amount of lag when I have logged on to play BC2 tonight on any server?

I am getting good download speeds, and have decent wireless signal, but still...lag lag lag lag...

Any ideas what this could be>

If it helps I am running a sweex LW13 Wireless 300n PCI Card and the new Sky D-Link Router.
