Stupid people always blow it with the lottery.

I know if I won i'd pretty much just carry on as normal. Obviously buy a nice house and car, pay my parents mortgage off for them, maybe take a few freinds on holiday and of course pay off my debts. But i'd still be going uni in september, only difference being I don't have to work while i'm there.
 
I think he has a pretty decent outlook given the situation he is in (has been in).

He wants a job, and knows he needs to provide for his kids, he kicked his drug habit, lived the wile life, and is looking like he wants back to a normal life.

Good luck to him, hope he finds a job!
 
To be fair, almost £10m is a hell of a lot of money to give to a 19 year old. However he knew it was a problem and should have dealt with it earlier.
