I have seen the solution to this somewhere before but now can't seem to find it anywhere. 
A user is sending invitations to meeting from Lotus 6.5 but not all Outlook users are able to open the invitation for automatic scheduling into their Outlook diary system.
Any chance of pointing me in the right direction?
