In which case follow the advice on that website, allthough the environmental health are likely to want face to face discussions bettween both parties as a first step.

same here mate. The ploice just take the weed (if they bother to searh for it) and send them on their way, no punishment no nothing. Even when the user is in the teens

I find 'Remote Control' by the Beasties at 6am usually sorts out my lot next door when I get up for work, that or Jump Around by House of Pain. They quite often play music on a School night, until the early hours. Not too loud anymore after they got the hint. We tried the knock on the door, but often being very drunk were not very co-operative. Some people are just selfish, and don't care, so play them at their own game

If you think that is annoying then wait until you have a neighbour who gets stoned about 3 times a week and falls asleep with his music on loud. I wouldn't mind so much but for the fact that his stereo replays about the first 20 seconds of the song once it comes to the end of the CD and does so ad infinitum so as soon as you start actually getting into the track it stops and starts again.
