There is a lot of sound coming from the computer. I have checked the fans and they seem to be working fine. It only started when I put the drive install disk in. Any ideas???????? Was thinking it could be the H80...... The noise is a loud vibration sound coming from close to the motherboard. The build of the computer is this:

Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - Retail with FREE TrackMania 2 Canyon PC Game
Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 32MB Cache - O
Corsair Hydro H80 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler (Socket LGA775/LGA1155/LGA1156/LGA1366/LGA2011/AM2/AM3) [CWCH80]
Cooler Master HAF X Gaming Tower Case - Black (RC-942)
2 x Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 6950 TOXIC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with FREE DIRT3 & Deus Ex Games

Any ideas?????????????

Check that the MB is securely fitted to the risers - and i would also check that all hdds, dvd drives, gfx cards etc are firmly secured in place - no loose screws.

You may also want to check that the case panels (including the front if it's removable) aren't resonating at certain fan/drive speeds. If they are you may need to put a cross section of gaffa tape on the inside so that it eliminates/dampens the natural resonance.

Yes still there after I take the disk out. I do not think it is the fans as i have just unpugged all of them one by one and made not difference. I am going to take a video and upload it onto youtube I will put the link when it is up.

Give the pump head a few taps? try applying pressure with your fingers to various parts to see if the noise dampens, then if it does you may just need to tighten some screws.

Yes, did you also try stopping the corsair fans on the rad? only for a second so the water doesn't warm up too much.

Ha its brand new only got it two days ago and that was the first time its been run

It's not uncommon for a new unit to have pump/noise related problems but your retailer should swap it out quite quickly as it's an easyly identifyable fault.

Corsair are very good at returns after the retailers warranty has run out. Even though they're based in the Netherlands all my PSUs have been retuened in under 10 days (i'm guessing that the all-in-one water units will have to be sent to the same place after the initial guarantee with the retailer has run out.).
