Louder than expected. What should I expect?

Hi all,

I've got my new machine (specs below), and it performs wonderfully, but is quite a bit louder than I expected. I don't know if my expectations were wrong. Even at idle, it's loud. I'd welcome any thoughts please.

I'm not sure which component is louder. The machine has come with Armoury Crate installed and that seems to be controlling the fans. (It's been a long time since I've played around with PC hardware).

In Fan XPert in Armoury Crate, the AIO Pump 'curve' is set to 100% flat - all four points max out.

Is there a software package for the AIO? I have an Asus board but don't use the software. I set my Corsair aio to the lowest speed for everything while keeping the temps in check in games.

Have you done that in the bios? Could you share your curves or profiles?
