.... Are blu-ray the same "price"? i.e. treated the same?

Yup, treated as DVDs.

Been with them a month or so now and had no problems at all. They've been quick at sending out the next DVDs, normally getting the next ones 2 days after posting the previous ones.
 
I use it, but i'm getting fed up with being sent the things on "Low" instead of high. Also they seem reluctant to send any games, despite paying more for the priviledge.
 
Anyone got any ideas how to resolve this? It's really been bugging me. :(

I called the activation number a few weeks ago and the dude said he activated it but I have not been able to set up a paypal account on it or this either.

Check the address / name you enter are exactly the same as your card is billed to. If it still causes issues, phone up your card company.

I used to use LOVEFiLM, don't have one complaint. DVDs came fast, and the selection process is easy peasy!
