Low 12v Rail on my EVGA 850 G2

Hi there i just got an unexpected BSOD rebooted my computer everything seems fine although looking on HW monitor my +12v rail shows as 11.710v. my computer is idling is there anyway it would run at a lower voltage as it isnt being put under load any help would be appreciated

What does you bios or a multimeter say?

HWMonitor isn't always very accurate.

Just checked the BIOS its showing as 12.152v ?
