I was just posting my intel burn test results onto a subreddit too see what people thought of them and too ask some other questions and somebody noticed my 12v rail was low after doing research getting my overclock to where it is I understand most stuff but have never come across this before.

After looking at some other peoples results I also see them getting around 11v and mine max getting to 8 :/

Anybody know if these results are ok. And if not what I go about doing to get them better?

Thanks In advance!

You can't rely on motherboard sensors to detect and display your voltages accurately. The only way to be sure of what voltage you have is to measure it with a multimeter. The thing here, of course, is that you can't measure what individual components receive as you are limited by what wires you can probe.

I think my 12v output on my motherboard reads as -3v, or something stupid.

Rest assured though. If it was 8v then nothing would work as the PSU itself would shut down if voltage dropped that far from 12v.
