Low 3d mark Scores??????

Hi i feel im getting quite low bench marks.

I currently have:

Nvidia Leadtek 7600 gs AGP
AMD 64 3400+ @ 2.4 ghz skt 754
1024mb ram

And my scores are
3d mark 05: 2024
3d mark 06: 1295

Do these seem low to anyone else?

Im a bit concerned as i just found a bench mark for my old 6600 gt and that was 4216 on 3dmark 05. I hate this card, its been trouble since i got it.

I would forget the benchmarks. My rig came up with a **** score as well.

Just play the games lol and if it aint fast enough upgrade


My rig got me 6400 in 3dmark06 and 8800 in 3dmark05 and 30,000 in 3Dmark01, as well as a meagre 86,000 in Aquamark3 (my favorite benchmark)


Be happy lol. I bet there is a black guy in Africa who would love your pc so he could buy some bread

No his card clearly is not working right, so upgrading is not the issue

Well the benchmarks do compliment the level of performance i am getting while gaming. I thought it seemed a bit slower but wasnt too sure as it was 3 months ago that i had the 6600GT (thats how long the RMA took)

I still cant figure it out. The only thing i have left to try is a fresh copy of windows. Which is annoying coz i got so much stuff to back up

Unless anyone else have any ideas?

I'd run driver cleaner and re-install drivers again and have a recheck before considering upgrading or re-installing windows and you havent overlooked something silly like AA being enabled in the CP have you ? its easily done.

my rig (look in my sig) gets 4200 in 3D Mark05, and 55,000 in Aqua Mark3
