low budget air cooler for ryzen 3600

Hello everyone, this weekend I will be upgrading my pc, I am getting a ryzen 3600 and a BS450 tomahawk max MB, the case I am using is a Tesseract Deepcool, I might do some moderate overclocking but nothing too crazy, I need some recommendations for some air coolers that would work on this set up,i woud say my budget is around 40 quid! I would have preference for a easy to install one

thanks for the advice guys, I really don't know much about air coolers, tried to google but was a bit overwhelmed, OcUK also has this one https://www.overclockers.co.uk/scythe-scmg-5100-mugen-5-rev.b-cpu-cooler-hs-046-sy.html which seems to have really good reviews even if its a little over my budget, how is it compared with the 2 coolers mentioned here?

ok, asked some friends of mine, a couple recommended me the 212 hyper evo black, personally I am tempted by the artic freezer 34, could anyone tell me what are the main difference between these two?
