Low budget gaming upgrade help

I desperatly need to upgrade from a 754 sempron and an ATI 9600 PRO.

ive got:
Case
DVD ROM
Old 160GB 2Mb cache samsung HDD
Generic 350W PSU 17A on 12v rail.

Im kinda hoping 17A on the 12v rail is enough for a HD 4770 since it almost doesnt need a 6 pin connector. What do you guys think?

Can anyone get more power for less cash then the above setup?
 
Personaly I would invest in a different psu.
Rest of your spec looks pretty good, what 's your top budget.
 
the psu should be ok, but bear in mind that if that one goes it may take your new kit with it, personally i wudn't take the risk if it means waiting a couple more weeks for the extra monies needed etc, a 400W ocz/corsair one should do fine
