Low Budget GPU Recommendations?

My cousin has just messaged me wanting recommendations on a new graphics card. He only surfs and watches media, no gaming, so certainly doesn't need anything too substantial.

Apparently his current card is a 'Winfast px6800 tdh 256mb' so you can imagine what the rest of his build is like.

I'm thinking that the 'KFA2 GeForce™ GT620' is probably enough for him? Any recommendations for under £100?

Absolutely. No point spending more than about £20 on a card if you do no gaming.
