low budget system build cost

Hi all mate of mines after a starter gaming system for his lad to run things like minecraft ,CSGO and I thought id ask on here for ideas, costing etc, ,price would only need to cover the case/system, he has monitor and other bits.

Both of those games love a fast CPU. I suggest either an i3 or i5, use the iGPU and save for a discrete GPU at some point in the future.
