Did they buy it after you trademarked the name or before it? A whois will tell you. If they purchased it afterwards then you can claim it. If they purchased it beforehand, you have no leg to stand on.

Also, as no one is using it currently, if someone buys it later and starts doing the same thing as you then there is a process to go through to make them stop. I think.

I don't have a proper portfolio as I don't need one (yet). I work for a small group of clients who keep me busy enough that I sometimes have to turn down work. Not enough hours in the day, sadly.

Just curious but how did you get into this line of work?

Sounds interesting and I must admit I'm a do like reading the occasional 'top ten....' snippets.
