Hi guys and girls

I am looking for a new pc for a 80 year old. I would like to build it myself but it will only need to be for word, internet and emails etc. I need everything including windows 7 because it is easy to use. It will need a dvd drive as well but a cheap one because it will not get used much. I would like a small case so it does not get in the way. It needs to be a cheap as possible because he does not have a lot of money to play around with.
