Low end CPU recommendation please

I have decided I am going to be downgrading my PC as I am really only using it for surfing the net and watching 1080p movies nowadays so I want to switch to a Micro ATX build using the new Aerocool Dead Silence case.

What would be the best performing CPU with integrated graphics that can flawlessly play back 1080p videos??

I have looked at offerings from both Intel and AMD but can't find something that would strike the perfect balance - I want something with a bit of oomph that hasn't got overkill on the integrated graphics part of the deal.

So what would be my best solution for something in the £70 range??

AMD FM2/FM2+ board with a Richland APU or Kaveri which is like a week away.

The onboard IGP is more than satisfactory for 1080p playback, medium low resolution gaming etc.

Thanks stulid - I will maybe wait to see what Kaveri brings as I didn't know it was due so soon ... I will start getting the other items together like a PSU which I have seen on special.
