Promised my son I would upgrade his PC for his birthday.......Budget is £200 max for everthing

His PC is currently C2D 6750 (o'clocked to 3.8ghz), 4Gb ram, Abit IP35 mobo recently upgraded with Sapphire 270X oc GPU, 120Gb SSD and Corsair 600W PSU. He plays only CS-GO? that i have noticed and used 2 x 22" led monitors.

I havent had a PC for years but have promised him an upgrade was originally looking at i5 4690k and 16gb ram but money isnt available for that now so absolute Max i have is £200 for motherboard, Ram and CPU.

Done a bit of looking around and came up with these but go no idea if they are any good

ASUS Z97-p Motherboard
8gb Hyper X Fury 1866 Ram
i3 4170 processor

I can get this all for around £180, way i see it is he can add more memory if needed and change processor one day. Anyone recomments anything better for less than £200? Surely it will be better than what he has now?

Apparently all replying people do NOT have any idea what is most important in CS:GO :)

Instead of platform change, which gives nothing (NO-THING) to your son in CS - by meaning nothing I understand FPS raise from 70 to 200, having still the same 60Hz monitors (as I presume they are 60 Hz) - you better swap CPU to Q9550 (Ebay: 40 pounds) and o'c it a bit as your son's mobo is very oc-capable and buy this:

You might sell one (or two) existing LCDs, to total budget will be under 180 pounds. Before you do this - ask your son if he wants to raise his kill ratio in CS by having 144 Hz monitor :)
