Low GPU Usage (1080)

anyone else seeing this?
using 368.39 drivers
So on my 980SLI i pretty much always saw 90%+ GPU usage.
On my 1080 Im seeing Max of 75% usage.
Games tested
Witcher 3 @ 4K Maxed
Overwatch @ 4K + 150% scaling Epic settings.


now to verify this i turned off gsync to ensure the GPU could push as hard as possible.
im getting 70FPS in overwatch &
50ish in Witcher 3.

however as i stated earlier the GPU usage is only 75%
For people who might say your CPU is bottleneck
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5930K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Most cares are at 75% so lot more room left in the tank.

anyone else notice this? Maybe nvidia not unlocked the true power of Irresponsible performance?

MSI afterburner and i have.

All cores are 75% ish

Both gpu and CPU cores are 75%

Highest CPU is 80%

I will recheck. I was looking at max % will have to retest

i found the issue i must have miss clicked, i was monitoring power usage lol

ps TW3 using 25% as you stated, i just saw max and used that but seem that happens when opening Hwmonitor
