Low GPU Usage RTX3070ti

Got a really strange one here guys on my build this time. Ryzen 5 3600 running at 65% and the 3070tiFE wont go above 40% in any games. Any ideas?

What's the resolution your gaming at?

Is the 3600 boosting normally etc?

Do you have vsync enabled? If you do then your gpu will only use what it needs to handle your monitors refresh rate. Your refresh rate depends on your monitor 60/75/100/120/144/165hz and your gpu will match this with vsync on 60/75/100/120/144/165fps. The lower your refresh rate the lower your gpu usage will be when vsync is enabled. What monitor do you have?

With vsync off you should be maxing out your gpu providing the games you paly are not frame rate limited. Does this happen on all games or just one specific?

All of them, Doesn't go above 40%

Not sure if this works how I think, but if you increase the resolution on resolution scaling, do you see better figures? As might be single core speed that the 3600 is struggling at 1080p maybe.

Power settings somewhere in bios?

Check what individual cores are boosting to on the CPU. The 3600 should have at least one core boosting to approaching 4.2 with the rest not too far behind.
Have you got any kind of eco mode / power saving enabled anywhere ?
