low memory ddr4 speeds

Hi

Looking in task manger windows 11 memory says my ram speed is 2400.

I thought normal speed would be in 3000.

I'm not sure if when I built this pc if I put RAM in correct slot,

Set XMP, rebooted now at 3200MHz, don't notice any improved performance.
