Can anyone kindly recommend an AMD 460 or Nvidia 1050 GPU that have a low or 0dBA fan mode when idle or dealing with basic windows tasks? Most of the GPUs I have seen state the fan % when not under load is above 30%.
 
The EVGA card (going back info from their forums) does not have 0dBA mode. When not under load the min fan speed is 45%.
 
Many thanks for the links and everyone for the info. The Gigabyte 1050 looks just the ticket.
