Hey guys, sorry if this is in the wrong place.
I'm using an i7-6700k and a GTX 1070 with 8GB of DDR4 3000MHz RAM, however when I am playing games on ultra 1920x1080 such as Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege I sometimes struggle to get 60 fps.
I took a look at my MSI Afterburner and it says my CPU is only hitting up to 60% max, and my GPU is only using up to 60% max as well. My temperatures are fine (60 Degrees for the GPU and 40 Degrees for the CPU) so I'm not sure why it's not using the whole card?
Any ideas?
