Low power 775 cpu?

looking for something to go in my fileserver that uses lowest amount of wattage the raid cards take most of the work on and my current E4400 is usually at 15-35% load I want a cpu which is better then that in power consumption?

if done correctly, same principles as overclocking, just you lower the volts, FSB and multiplier instead of increase them. same stability testing methods should be used
