Low power DDRII memory? What is there?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone can name me any DDRII 2GB (2x1GB) 800Mhz or 1066Mhz memory kits which are low voltage, 1.9v and under?

Only require a 2 gig kit.

Any of these three should be fine.

OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK)

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C5 TwinX (2x1GB)

Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB)

I would go for the Corsair RAM as they are easily compatible with most motherboards whereas OCZ's tend to run into a few problems.

EDIT: I failed, it's 2.1v ram.

They work fine on 1.8 v though with loosened timings.

the JDEC specification for DDR2 is 1.8v - All sticks ought to run at this voltage if they're set to their SPD timings

Yeah surely if u just slacken the timings a bit you can drop the voltage?

Most, if not all DDRII these days should do 800mhz 5-5-5-18 on 1.8v.
