Low Power, Efficient PSU

I have a PC that doesn't do much. A 450W or 550W PSU will be way too much for it, but even that low can be difficult to find. Efficiency is important though, so need that as high as reasonable, it's on all the time.
I would like it to be modular PSU and as efficient as possible as long as the price is within reason, sort of £100~£150 ish.
Any suggestions?

What kind of load are you talking about? If the load is really low a pico PSU is the best option because even high-efficiency ATX PSUs eat a lot of power at very low loads.

Oh this will be 90W.
Unfortunately, not many reviews look at low power efficiency, but you are right, many fall apart at very low power.

Pico PSU if you want anything that small.

Otherwise something like a SilverStone FX350-G
