Ive got a Dell Precision T1600 workstation. Its got i7, 8gb and running a OCZ revodrive so its fairly fast. The one thing which lets it down is the graphics card. Its fine for what the machine was intended for, but im after something a little better for games. Its currently running a AMD Firepro 2270

The problem is that the machine doesnt have a big PSU, so the card needs to draw less than 75w otherwise ill have issues.

So whats the best graphics card which will come in under this? :D

FYI, dont ask why I have this machine; its a company box so It wasnt bought it to play games etc.

thanks for the replies, where do you find this info on those amd cards? just been to the sapphire site and it just gives a vague "you need a 400w psu" requirement.

how much quicker is that 7750 from what i have already?

There used to be a handy power draw graph floating about somewhere...cant remember where though. I'm sure someone will link it.

The 7750 will be a huge upgrade for gaming considering the firepro isn't a gaming card, and old :L
