This has probably been asked many times before but my landlord is very anal about power usage, even though I pay for it all... I basically just want something that is silent, small maybe space for just 2 hard drives and the ability to pay video in HD maybe dual/quad HD if integrated graphics can do that under low power limitations... Budget is not an immediate concern but I'm not looking for everything anyway so shouldn't be too expensive.
