do you really need an SSD on a home server ? what purpose is it going to serve ?

music, video, docs, back ups etc just gonna throw it in the loft and forget about it

ssd might be a little over kill?

Celeron G530 and mITX

Why do you really need a DVD other than for install?

Don't use a cheap PSU for something that may be on 24/7 - Last PSU I got was a Huntkey Jumper Gold 300W which is nearly as efficient as a Pico PSU. Around 20W idle with the celeron and the SSD, extra drives will increase the consumption

Stock fan is fine, use speed control rather then buy a cooler

Forget the SSD or get a cheap 60ish GB one for the OS if you must but only pay around £40

Preferably by a mainboard with 6 SATA connections
